The green band broke in just couple of days.

Good for ACL rehab or injured persons. I am not a fan for yellow as a beginner after surgery yellow will be better. After each stage increase the kg bands. Quality is better and long lasting.

Bands are not so good in quality, they broken down.

Unfortunately, the quality of the product does not meet expectations. The bands feel flimsy and lack the durability typically expected from resistance bands. After minimal use, they have already begun to lose elasticity, and two of the bands had already snapped during physio. I purchased this product with the expectation of receiving a sturdy and reliable set suitable for physio. However, the current condition and performance of the bands suggest poor quality control. I kindly request one of the following resolutions: A replacement with a higher-quality set, or A full refund of the purchase amount. Please let me know the process for returning the product.
