This karaoke is defective. I want return the product.
The media could not be loaded. The mic is not working at all. This karaoke mic is a defective piece which I received. So I want to return it. And a request to refund my amount. As early as possible. The company should check the product thoroughly before you ship it for customers. It helps to save the time. Because after receiving the order.. I unbox the product and when checked all the things peculiarly, I found the mic is not working So immediately, posted the complaint message on Amazon to take it return. But it is taking 10-12 days to go return. So, again am requesting Amazon to complete the return process immediately. ..

When we first ordered, we received a mic which wasnt working.However after the exchange, the mic we got was good! It has a lot of nice features like voice change, and good for home karaoke, a bit of fun with your friends, birthday parties, or for singing practice.
