Expensive but toner quality is very impressive.

No problems - arrived on time

Deliverer was efficient, courteous and professional, despite being under severe time pressure to get to the next delivery. Product is a standard print ink cartridge (high volume, black), but considerably more expensive than similar non-franchised products (approximately 40%). If I were a high volume user, then I would not have bought it. Urgent need to revisit pricing structure. No return slip for the old cartridge.

Great purchase

Although the box was sealed, this toner cartridge was a refurbished not new at best, or used. The cartridge didn't have the HP security strip, and therefore black toner was all over the inside of the plastic container and fuser rod. Should have guessed from the price this wasn't a genuine new cartridge. Do not buy.

I’m nervous about buying cheaper brands so I’m happy to pay extra for a quality named brand.

Fast delivery, the toners worked perfect with my printer but it was pretty pricey.

Nunmehr habe ich diese Tonerkassette in meinen Drucker eingesetzt und über die Druckersoftware via Windows bei HP verifiziert. Die Tonerkartusche wurde als Original verifiziert und der Drucker zeigt sie als voll an. Damit ist alles gut, und ich kann den Kauf dieses Toners weiterempfehlen. Der Einbau dieses Toners in den Drucker ist übrigens kinderleicht. Das ist von HP hervorragend gelöst. Und zudem gibt es von HP ein Recyclingprogramm für original HP Toner. Leere Tonerkartusche kann man kostenlos an HP zurücksenden. Wie das geht, steht auf dem Faltblatt, das in jeden Tonerkarton beiliegt.

Much affordable price than retail. Delivery was quick too. Was expecting on Friday but it came a day before.
