Expensive but nice dose
I unfortunately have to take a large dose of melatonin to sleep but it is so helpful to have a 120mg capsule option so I'm not taking 6 pills.... Thank you! It is expensive though.

Deceiving packaging. Only 60 mg tablet.
Packaging is Deceiving. I previously gave this a five-star rating. This was an error on my part. It says 120 mg. Then states that you have to take two at a time. So it is really only 60 mg. It is priced way too high for 60 mg.

I prefer the 120 mg
1 or 2 will help me sleep.The very low mg don't help me. But,it's best to start with lower doses& gradually go up to see what is good for you!
