Lasted less than a fortnight.
Turtle loved it, lasted about 12 days before it went. Amazon customer service was great and return processed.

Not impressed
The *star* was for the quick deliveryApart from that I have nothing else good to say about the either of the bulbs as they have already popped. I’m not happy and neither is my snake. I would appreciate a refund for all bulbs as they’ve all lasted less than a week!

Dangerous item, do not buy!
Item exploded after just over a week of use, shattering the glass and leaving tiny shards everywhere. Luckily my dragon was not injured but all the substrate has had to be replaced as there was glass everywhere.

The product should have got back to u as it failed 26 days after purchase so won't be buying again

Dangerous. Do not use for tortoise
Not used it. Told after purchase it is dangerous for tortoise eyes. And for mine too. It's still in box.

Tried the bulb and it stopped working as within minutes. Very disappointed.
