Great product at a reasonable price. Does what it says really. Purchased as my husband suffers from wax build up. Used Olive Oil in ears for a few days before using cleaning machine. Great result, painless, easy to use and would recommend.

Very easy and clean to use as long as your head is tilted towards the ear at least a bit. I had had a pain in the left ear for a month on and off, so used this to clean it, not much came out, but after the third use spread out over a week the pain is completely gone :). I used it in my right ear - once was ok, but 2nd time it resulted in a sensitive skull just above the ear and a headache. My advice is not to use the strong setting unless you have plenty of wax to protect the delicate inner workings and don't use it at all unless you have a problem. Hopefully I won't have to use it again for years, but the relief was easily worth the cost and although that could have been achieved with an under the ear cup model it would not have been anywhere near as cool.

I never thought I’d be writing a 5-star review for a tool that helps me excavate my own ear canals, but here we are. The KAUGIC Ear Wax Removal Kit is like the Swiss Army Knife of ear hygiene. Cleaning my ears has now become a full-blown activity. My hearing feels clearer, my ears fell overall better, and I’m 87% sure I could now start up a candle factory. It feels a little strange to use to begin with but you get used to it. Pro tip: use as warm water as you can get away with but not too hot as you may malfunction the machine. Highly recommend for anyone with ears and a sense of curiosity—and maybe a little too much free time.

This works well .... BUT it is NOT as powerful as the one's they use in doctors etc. Still does the job but sometimes you have to use it twice. Great fitting well made.

Does exactly what it should do. Easy to set up and use. No mess. Good battery life. Have used a couple of times and not needed to recharge it yet.

This device didn't dislodge anything. My ears are always well oiled and ready for a trip down spec savers as they block easily, but this just doesn't get far enough into the ear or it's not powerful enough.

Having done my checks regarding this ear cleaner, call it what you like. It sounded quite clever and simple to use. I used it as per instructions and found it to be a waste of my hard earned cash. No it didn’t work as I thought it would. A bit of wax appeared in the ear piece, nothing went into the waste container. (apart from water) The idea sounded good, shame it didn’t deliver.

This device is real value for money, used it and it does the job brilliantly removing the wax with ease. It is a good sturdy piece of kit and would definitely recommend

Was impressed with the capabilities of this ear wax removal apparatus. Came into this curious as to how effective this unit could actually be considering the varying results with previous reviewers. Well, I came through with my review session surprised of the results. I had recently stopped removing wax using the traditional method with a cotton q-tip after seeing numerous youtube shorts from ear doctors having to clean up the issues caused by using that method leading to impacted wax deep within the ear canal. After that build up period I came across this unit on amazon and decided to see what it was capable of, and the results were impressive. Removed a sizable amount of wax buildup from both ears, and loosening up the rest making it easily removable with a second pass the following day. The unit does take some getting used to as it can be rather jarring sound wise the first few times you use it. I was able to get the results I did with just the entry level power on day 1, and then the pulse setting on day 3. The instructions make note that warm water must be used in order to reduce the risk that cooler waters may cause such as equilibrium issues. The color indicator on the front displays the range of water temp, with blue being too cold, green being the perfect temp, and red being too hot.

Ik heb heel veel last van oorsmeer, zelfs tot het punt dat het zoveel druk uitoefent dat ik er duizelig van wordt. Ik kan vertellen dat wanneer ik die duizeligheid voel en dit apparaat gebruik er zoveel zooi uit kom dat ik bijna van schrik. Ik gebruik het in combinatie met 1 lepeltje backingsoda op de 400ml met warm water. 2 of 3 keer spoelen. Het blijft die dag vaak nog een beetje dof.. maar de ochtend erna heb ik totaal mijn gehoor terug! Echt dit werkt!
