I do not recommend this product for anyone who works out in the evening or later. Every time I tried it, I could not sleep until morning even when I used just half a scoop.I’m still giving it 5 stars because it can be very helpful for those who exercise in the morning. It has an extremely high amount of caffeine, and I personally stopped using it as I became concerned about insomnia.

Overall seems to provide the right pump/energy for my 5 am workouts. The Sour Apple taste pretty good.

It has a good taste but it isn’t quite a sour gummy bear taste. Besides the slight miss in taste, it’s still delicious.

Insane energy and focus. I kinda like the weird feeling when it kicks in. Going to switch it up next month for a change as I’ve been on this one mostly for at least almost a year ! Definitely recommend!

Product was not sealed and powder got all over my other products it was shipped with. No option to return or replace either so I will just take the loss on money as bad as I hate too.

I’ve switched between multiple brands of pre workout and this is the one I’m sticking with. This gives me the most mental clarity by far and great energy during workouts. I don’t crash with this, the flavor is great, and despite the caffeine content, I don’t feel super jittery.I probably wouldn’t recommend this to someone not used to pre workouts, but if you switch between brands, I’d give this one a shot for sure.
