I was a little apprehensive ordering online but after looking at the reviews & the pictures other people posted & I was happy to go ahead. Delivery window was smooth, the 2 friendly guys bought it upstairs for me too & into my flat. I unwrapped & it assembled super easy. The seated cushions are thick & firm, it feels solid & durable, the scattered cushion back is lovely. I personally think they’re good quality & give me good support. Overall I love it & am so glad I purchased it 🖤

Great value for the money. I have seen sofas almost three times the cost of this that are virtually identical, and this one is just as good as any of them. Very comfortable, well made and looks great in my living room. Delivery was quick and the people who delivered it were great. Very pleased with this sofa.

Very comfortable sofa, and made of good quality. Great light grey colour, and very easy to move around as it is surprisingly light. However, the clips that keep the conner sofa together are made of plastic and in less than 3 months, they have bended so much that have become useless. Another thing is the sofa legs at the back do not align. If you are not placing this sofa against the wall, it is visible that the legs of two parts of the sofa do not align and look rather not aesthetic...

A dip started forming in the middle of the couch about eight months after I bought it. It wasn't too bad at first, but it got bigger over time. Sadly, the sofa became completely unusable within a year. It was really comfortable when we first got it, but it lost all its comfort over time. When I told the seller about this problem, they just wouldn't help me fix it. I know this wasn't an expensive item, but it wasn't cheap either. I really think the seller should have sorted out this kind of issue. I'm writing this review for anyone else who's looking at the comments before they buy. I don't even know if someone would buy this sofa if I tried to sell it second-hand now. It's an item that completely failed its purpose within one year, and it cost £500. I have to say, this seller is fine when everything's going well, but they're a huge pain when you actually need help

Delivery service was exceptional - the men that delivered brought it up to the fourth floor and brought It into the living room. They were super polite, friendly and professional. Assembling - this was by far the easiest furniture I put together since moving into my flat, super easy! Took no more than 5 minutes, took longer to get the packaging off. Colour - love the colour, and I am quite clumsy which made me and my flatmate hesitant to get a light colour at first but we took the risk. The first day we got pizza on it (not great), and also had a friend stay and got make-up on, the stains came off incredibly easily and wasn't a fight to get it off, PLUS you can remove the cushion cases and put them into the wash. Comfort - when we first sat on the sofa it was harder than we thought and we both looked at each other like 'oh no' but after a couple of days, it starts to fluff out, and is actually very cosy! no regrets. The only downside I would say, is that the square cushions you sit on tend to slide off, which was a little annoying at first, and then we brought some stickers to stop rugs sliding and put them on the sofa - which worked so well and not had issues since. Size - I was concerned about the size as me and my house friend (working professionals) have friends over for dinner often and we tend to sit down and have a glass of wine on the sofa and catch up after dinner. I had a big sofa before and one thing I wanted to ensure was that there was enough room. I must say three people fit comfortably on this, you could have four smaller people with ease. We did of course purchase a sofa chair also just for extra space for people. overall happy with the size and more than big enough for two people. My partner is 6.3 (big guy) and I am 5.2 and it is nice, cosy and spacious for us. ( I will properly buy one of those foot rests though so turns more into a sofa when having movie nights).

Overall I like the sofa it's reasonably good quality, the colour is not black as advertised it's a very dark blue, I know this because I held many black things next to it because I could see it wasn't jet black and I was right. It;s a very dark midnight blue, i'm not happy with that but it is what is it, what do you expect for the cheap price. The real problem is the seat cushions the foam is so amazingly firm it's actually caused me to have inflamation near my tailbone. The difference between these cheapo sofa and good quality ones from high street reial stores is these cheap sofas use very firm and cheap foam whereas the sofas which look exactly the same but are two or three times the price use very high quality fibre filling in the seat cushions and those sofas are so lovely and soft to sit on. These cheap ones are very hard, not uncomfortable but still amazingly firm. I'm waiting until I get paid again and throwing out all the seat foam for this sofa i've bought and a place nearby is going to be making me some fibre filled cushions but i'm keeping the seat covers. So i'd say if you want a cheap sofa and don't mind the seat foam being unbelievably firm then these are ok but if you want a soft and comfortable sofa i'd say stay clear of these cheap sofas and go with ones from the reputable high street shops because they have seat cushions that are soft and lovely.
