The device sticks to the upper back/lower back but it falls off anytime your temperature rises. Also, it constantly stopped vibrating and I had to keep playing with it to make it work. Now it has stopped vibrating completely! Save your money and get a better product.

I have used the products for the past week. The biggest issue for me is it barely can connect to my phone. At least 90% of the time, it cannot. For the a couple time it was successfully connected, the app is not stable, freeze or keep saying syncing data. The device it self works. However, It kind of reminds me too much. It can detect gesture change in seconds and reminds. I am not sure it is a good thing or bad thing. I would prefer reminding me if I bend my neck/back for a while, not just occasionally lower my head. I also tried wear it while playing badminton. It constantly reminds me. Also with sweat, the device fell off. I think the device does works for remind me to sit straight when siting before computer for a long time. It is easy to wear and calibrate. Good battery life. However there are many places need to improve.

But other people can hear and notice the sound. It stayed on all day and I can reuse the silicone sticker thing for awhile.

It worked fine for a few weeks then just stopped, but I need one that will last more the a few weeks

As with most devices this is something you have to make an effort to use. I’m at that age where my posture has been bad for years. I’m 6’4” and have slouched most of my life. It’s not easy to change your way of standing or sitting. This device does do what it says but it’s very finicky when you don’t do it right. For the first week I was setting it off constantly and it was annoying. It almost wanted me to stop using it. The second week it got better and I’m hoping to see it get better from now on.I still find myself reverting to my old ways of bad posture, but I’m hoping it gets better with time.
