VERY POOR QUALITY, THE STEMS AND COLLARS ARE VERY SOFT THE THREADS STRIPED ON THREE OF THE REAMERS I AM SENDING BACK I WISH ALL MAUFACTURING DINT GO TO CHINA , THIS COUNTRY IS A DISCRASE AND 99.9% OF THE STUFF THAT THEY MAKE IS JUNK.

cheap, like other people have said they are cheap but cheap made .will work to get out of a pinch.very soft on drive end damaged on drive end where you turn it with your wrench. first use. betterthan nothing.

I realize I bought adjustable reamers and not a wooden box.After receiving these and shouting the obligatory “oh boy oh boy!” I proceeded to unwrap and inspect each reamer. The manufacturer thoughtfully stamped the size range deeply on each shaft and as stated, there is sufficient overlap that you can ream all the way to 1-1/16”. The cutters look sharp and straight an the the threaded collars look durable.I purchased these reamers because I own at least three antique starter motors that need repair. If I ship one out to be professionally rebuilt, I am looking at $500 with tax and shipping. Plus when I send stuff out, I can no longer proudly state I did it myself.With my inspection completed, I placed each reamer carefully in its felt lined slot and then I attempted to latch the box. I then discovered the chrome button was gone and a rectangular hole was where the button used to be. I repaired it and my granddaughter alerted me that the bottom of the box had a major gap showing. She brought me a craft glue gun so I could glue the bottom, top, and a finger joint back together so I could safely carry the reamers to my shop.There are no markings on the reamers or box indicating the country of origin.

Pro - quality of products are fine for the price. Product arrived three weeks earlier than expected. Con - didn't come in a fitted wooden box as advertised. Came in plastic box stuffed with styrofoam. For the price, I can make my own fitted wooden box (out of a wooden cigar box:)

good a little hard to set , but usefull

Did exactly what I needed to ream to required size front suspension bushings in Triumph TR4. You need to play with the adjustment and figure out how they are adjusted then measure carefully with caliper and cut in stages, don't get greedy as you can over cut easily. Use lubricating oil as you cut to avoid binding and gouging. This is not something a pro machine shop might select but for the occasional user/home garage setup I think it is great.
