Cute but just floats
I knew when I bought them that they were no frills. They aren't self propelled or anything. Just float with the heads above water, but my son loves them and they are a great bath and pool toy. It actually helped him when learning to swim as it gave him something to move towards.

Super cute pool toys for a toddler. These are perfect for my two year old. She always wants the pool dive toys but she’s too young to be able to dive for them so these were perfect for her she has to have them everytime we go In the pool! They aren’t very big but easy for her to grab
