Good product. I used an electrician to fit it, but he made it look easy. The time consuming part was hooking up the little dangling crystals. Two were slightly damaged but once all constructed they were not noticeable, so I didn't complain. It looks amazing lit up!

An excellent piece of kit! I must admit when my Wife said that's the one I want, my initial thoughts were "its a bit 'blingy'.". How wrong I was, it looks lovely when installed. In my honest opinion its well worth the money and looks like it was very expensive! Pros: Well built. Looks lovely when fitted. Decent crystals (not plastic). Observations: Flipping fiddly to mount the crystals but not impossible! The reflective surface does pick up fingerprints easily, the cotton gloves supplied are a must otherwise you'll be spending time removing the finger marks. Cons: Not any really.

I bought this for my bedroom, since the sun doesn't shine directly into the room until late afternoon, so when I am up early, I depend on the ceiling fitting and my previous one did not throw the light evenly over the room. This was a problem when attempting to apply my make-up and style my hair, so I wanted a light which was both stylish and efficient. This is both and having had it professionally installed (I think it would need two people, if not experienced), I am delighted. The light from the bulbs is reflected off the mirrored base connected to the ceiling, down into the room and is very bright, so I have had it connected to a dimmer switch, for the times I need a more subtle light. The only problem I had is that when I unpacked the "chandelier" droplets, one of them was broken, so I am in the process of contacting the seller, to send me a replacement, as it cannot be repaired. I can definitely recommend this and it looks far more expensive than it actually cost.

This is placed in the hallway and looks really good. Took a little time to fix but generally very easy and the results are worth it. Good value for light fitting the the crystal are glass which reflects light around the hall.

There was a damaged pendant. Let the seller know and a replacement part was sent within a couple of days. Brilliant product excellent product easy to install. Transformed our bedroom . Good service would highly recommend .

I do not know if it is the fault of the fitting or the bulbs, but I used the ones that were recommened. I only have a small lounge (abt12ft sq) but it just seems very dark, I keep wanting to turn to the brightness but I cannot. The fitting looks lovely, but 4 x 40w equivent LED bulbs are jsut not bright enough, I need a new lamp just to be able to read properly.

Absolutely love, love love these lights. It was a bit tricky fitting them to the ceiling, but once up, it was easy attaching the crystals. They look lovely and look more expensive than they actually cost.

First thing my sister-in-law noticed when she walked into my bedroom was the chandelier, and i had not even told her about it. The bedroom is very bright when the chandelier is switched on, without being over bright. Only downside is that there are not any spare glass droplets supplied. Interestingly enough this happened with another chandelier i had purchased from a different retailer.
