The mask was deformed out of the box making the nose and mouth seal USELESSAlso the head strap is way to SMALL I have short hair but anyone with long hair won’t fit into this it was even to small for my 13 year old brother.I saw many reviews with defects on this mask and I still took the chance but it wasn’t worth it because it didn’t fit well and the seal was deformed and not fixable

je pensais le prendre pour le gym, mais je dois d'abord m'y habituer. Pour l'instant je l'utilise à la maison avec les bandes de résistances. C'est plus difficile que de faire le gym avec un masque de procédure - ce que je vais probablement continuer - car j'ai vu la différe3nce quand je fais du vélo. Paer contre, le masque d'entraînement permet d'aller plus loin. Il faut cependant être prudent et y aller doucement.

vraiment trop petit...même trop petit pour un enfant de 5 ans...comment aller courir avec ça dans mon visage si je ne peux pas l'attaché... à éviter!!

Normally I try to point out the positives first, but I am thoroughly and impressed with this product. I bought it for my 18-year-old son who is in the Air Force because he was needing a higher quality mask to wear while he was doing his PT training.He was preparing to go from a very low elevation to a higher elevation, and we read that this was the kind of mask he should be working with.Sadly it was super tight and uncomfortable to even wear.When he did wear it he felt like he wasn't able to breathe, even on the most open settings.It's a pain for him to send packages, So we didn't return it. He just threw it away.A total disappointment and a waste of money.

probably my last time in getting an item not reviewed... nice box the mask works with 4 different settings... it says fits most on the description... as you can see no way to adjust to this was too small for me and no way to adjust... kind of disappointed 😢
