Great product, Superb Customer Service
I ordered my Wolfbox G930 a few weeks ago, and a few days later went to install it. As recommended in the user guide, I tested the device before doing the "actual" install in my vehicle (a golf cart). While the cameras, gps and mirror worked immediately, I could not get any of the Menu functions to work. It was completely unresponsive to my finger presses on the touch screen. I contacted Wolfbox Custeromer Service directly from their website, describing the problem. I received a quick email response from Bonnie (Customer Service Rep) giving me a few steps to try. Unfortunately, those steps did not work, but without any hesitation or complaint, Bonnie immediately asked for my address so that she could get the factory to send me a new unit. After a few days the new unit arrived and I tested that immediately and nervously. Very happy to say this one worked flawlessly and I was able to get into the menu. I went through all settings options to view and/or change them, and then installed it in my Golf Cart which has very limited view in the original rear view mirror. The install was easy, essentially just routing the wires around the inside to where they needed to be. The images from both front and rear cameras are awesome, really clear and nice wide angles. I chose the Wolfbox G930 based on reviews both here on Amazon as well as other sources. For a moment I thought I had made a big mistake and was on the verge of returning it and searching for another brand. Fortunately, Ms. Bonnie saved the day with her combination of helpfulness, respectful, polite and positive attitude, and prompt actions. She just sent me a return shipping label so that the original device can go back to help them figure out what the problem wad. THANK YOU BONNIE. I have another golf cart, and a car, and will almost certainly be putting a G930 into those. The G930 has a great combination of price/value, function and, despite the original problem, quality. It records from both cameras simultaneously, has great image quality, has included GPS in case of accidents, and is pretty simple to install (but test before installing). Highly recommended!

So far (1 wk) it seems great.
This is one of those things (like insurance) you should have but hope you never need. I wanted a dashcam that had a rear camera for several things, not least that the rear camera in my Ranger is on the tailgate and is useless as soon as it's down for hauling long items. Also blocked by trailer, etc. Mounted this high on the rear window inside (cobbled bracket and some 2-sided tape) so I could see over box content better than the standard rear-view. This works all the time as a rear-view and rear camera. For some reason it seems like the brightness control is a little off--image is a little dark sometimes. Maybe there's a setting I haven't found to adjust this. Need to read the little manual. (And I mean little--printed instructions are tiny! Fortunately the installation was pretty straightforward for me and I didn't need to consult them. Much.) Haven't tried downloading any vids yet so no comment regarding resolution, etc--described as 4K(F)/1K(R). Images while driving and standing still are usable. (Many online dashcam channels mention that the live view is a lot closer than the video images suggest and I can confirm this, at least.) The GPS seems good--indicating speed same a my speedometer. Assume location is also accurate, but no way to tell. The screen is bright enough for day and night driving without being distracting, and the image displayed is pretty clear. Also a good size--large enough to be usable without being distracting or blocking any of the windshield direct view area. FYI the front camera image is taller than the screen can show, and you can use a slider (in the settings) to position the image up/down. Mounted to the dash tray using the mounting arm kit (sold separately), which works fine. (Had to cobble up a few things out of junk-drawer items to make it work, but that's why you never throw things out!) I also used the Permanent Wiring kit so that is can stay alive while parked, just in case. I unplug the camera (USB-C) when parked at home to avoid draining the battery--not sure this is necessary. So, first impressions--it starts up quick when I start the truck, it looks good without being obtrusive, and it's doing what I expected it to.

Recomended! Few things to improve but still a great device
So far I am happy with this device, video and audio quality is very good, front angle is very wide, back camera angle is not that wide but still you can catch a lot of things happening at your back. The menus and the tactil screen are easy to use, really friendly and easy to operate. Installation is simple but you still have to manage according to your car interior/exterior to properly route the cables so they fit neat and also to perform the connection to the reverse light positive line; is a matter of patience, in my case with a Mitsubishi Montero was kind of tricky to pass the lines to the back door but still OK. Regarding some things I would like to be improved is the reflection of the screen, which is not that superclear as a normal mirror, but I can still clearly see what I need, also the reflection angle is not that wide. Another one is that everytime I switch off the car, date and time info is reset to last value, so if you want updated info you have to connect the mirror to the mobile app every time you start the car, but is something can be managed if you use a permanent power connection, not like in my case that I'm using the 12V plug. Last to be improved is the reverse parking lines, you can adjust them but honestly they are not that useful, specially if the location of the camera is not under the plate light (as suggested). Despite of the details to be improved, it's a very helpful, easy to use device, specially in these times when you have to drive inmersed in so much intolerance, crazyness and madness on the road. Recomended!

Excellent mirror, I love it. And WB customer support is amazing :)
This mirror is a very nice thing to have in my truck. The camera view being able to pan up/down is pretty neat and doesn't affect what's saved to the SD card. The camera resolution seems to be pretty good. Vision at night is about as good as it can be on the rear camera, given the lighting situation... It's excellent on the front camera given that you're not one of those drivers that doesn't believe in driving with lights... The GPS module keeps up with vehicle speed pretty well. However, despite all these good things, I must mention that my one issue that I have with this is that a black box with a lock symbol on it appears on the screen OFTEN, blocking the view on the mirror. At this point, I end up driving with the screen off and using it as a normal mirror while it still records in the background. *****EDIT: I was contacted by Alia from Wolfbox regarding the "black box with a lock symbol". Apparently that means that the G-sensor has detected enough force to think that there may have been a collision, and thus saves the current recording from being overwritten later on. Very good feature, I just wish that they would've made that a little more clear. Setting the sensitivity to Low fixed this issue. I drove 45 miles today without incident. I've been very happy about it :) I should mention that I was initially offered a refund on the mirror. I didn't know I was even being contacted until I checked my email for something entirely unrelated, and after a while, Alia had let me know what that lock was about. By the end, I was offered a free hardwire kit. Funny enough, I actually bought one with this mirror. But I didn't take the refund, nor the hardwire kit. If Wolfbox would make the "collision detected" lock's purpose more clear on the mirror (rather than just a mysterious lock), then I would be perfectly content with it. But again, otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I love it, it's great (now that I know there's nothing wrong with it other than the G-sensor having its sensitivity too high), and I've caught video of many rude and reckless drivers that shouldn't've even been able to get their license out of that cereal box. And thank you so much, again Alia! 🫶

Perfect for 2004 Jeep TJ
I wanted to install some type of backup camera in a 2004 Jeep TJ. I have a GPS unit installed in place of a radio and did not care to uninstall the GPS unit to attach a backup camera that can be used with the unit. Besides, it's more comfortable to use the rear view mirror when backing up. Looking online I came across the WolfBox G930 10" unit. I decided on purchasing this unit to use for the installation. First, I can say that the support at WolfBox is excellent. I had a few questions and they responded and answered the questions in such a short time! Excellent customer service. I started with running the wiring from the mirror area to the backup camera. Easy process especially since they supply a tool to help lift the plastic parts where the wire will be concealed. I used the mirror replacement setup to allow me to not use the straps that connects the unit to my existing mirror. What a great fit! The mirror does not move when I am running on bumpy roads! Although I will hard wire the unit to the fuse box, I wanted to use the unit on a trip. I temporarily ran the cigarette lighter power plug down the side so that I can turn the unit on and start to immediately use it. I went through the easy steps of formatting the included micro sd card and I was off and running. I played with the different views (Front camera, back camera, and both cameras) but I will use it only in the rear camera mode (will not use it only when backing up). What can I say about the image quality? Well, it is absolutely great. Dang thing is more clear than what I see when I use my rear view mirror! The image is dramatically better than the backup cameras that were included in the cars that I own. The next step is to hard wire the unit in so I don't have to see wires, etc. Great to see that they include different setups to deal with differences in fuse sizes. If you are looking for a great setup with install options, a clear image, recording capabilities, a good/fair price, and excellent customer service, you can't go wrong with WolfBox!

Amazing Mirror Dash Cam / Top Notch Customer Support!
Excellent dashcam and exceptional customer service! In Short, this DashCam is state of the art. Touch screen with an easy/intuitive touch screen access menu, high resolution cameras, auto locking based on g-sensor; everything you need for peace of mind and performing up to expectations. It mounts over the existing rear view mirror, which concerned me at first, but with the clarity of the rear streaming camera and this model allowing for more viewable space through the windshield, I now prefer this type of mount. My back windows are tinted and mounted the rear camera inside, the rear view still provides a clear view, almost can’t tell it goes through a tint. The cables are easily tucked into the panels with the included tool they provide in the box. I have sent an email to Wolfbox with a a list of questions comparing different models they offered and they responded quickly and ensured all of my questions were answered! I was having a slight glare issue and also inquired about hard wiring the kit to enable the 24 HR parking monitor and Milly from Wolfbox just sent me both the anti glare screen protector and the the hardwire kit free of charge immediately! Thank you Milly for taking the time in answering all my questions and for sending me the hardwire kit free of charge! In all of my customer service / vendor relations, I’ve not had a better experience feeling appreciated as the customer. That's what I call World Class Customer Service! All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and would miss it a lot if I had to go back to a standard mirror. I would also recommend this device to family and friends without hesitation! -RP

Worth what I paid for it! 100%
Functions: Front and rear view cameras are both great. Both record. Adjustable to a degree and crystal clear. Device set up: easy to use set up and hook up to WiFi to download and program everything Quality: everything seems sturdy. Wiring is nice ( I also got the hard wire in kit so I don’t have the plug sticking out of my dash ) materials feel solid. Once mounted ( I also chose to use OEM mount rather than strap it to my mirror) Installation: for an avg consumer they’ll probably hate it. But having spent my entire working career in auto shops it wasn’t terrible difficult. Not easy but not difficult. Took several hours but in the end all wires are hidden and it comes on with the key and turns off when I shut off the truck. 100% would recommend if your car doesn’t have a rear view camera and dash cam.

Broken Unit with Excellent Customer Support & mediocre camera quality
*Update: the customer service team worked exceptionally hard to ensure that I was satisfied. They sent over a new G930 and this one seems to work as specified and they sent me a polarizer for the front camera. Customer service gets a 10/10. I've upgraded the camera itself from a 2/5 to a 3/5 simply for the fact that out of the box, it is still an average mediocre system with some benefits and drawbacks as detailed below. *Original Review: The WolfBox G930 is a fantastic idea that was executed poorly with a very mediocre camera. In flat even lighting whether day or night, it's actually pretty decent. Images are decently crisp and colors are accurate. Unfortunately, flat even lighting is rare where I live. In lighting with contrast such as sun lighting and shadows, the cameras dynamic range doesn't support the brights. As you can see in the photo, all detail is lost in the white car on the other side of the road because much of the whites are simply blown out. Night time driving with it is almost unusable. Referring to the attached night time image, there were three cars approximately 1/2 mile behind me in the other lanes (not even directly behind). The glare is too significant to actually know what is really behind you. The image is a little blurry, but you get the idea. During the day, I often get a reflection of my back seats that is so strong on the screen itself that I can't actually see the image on the screen. Re-angling the actual mirror to reduce glare is impossible because the forward facing camera cannot adjust enough to still see forward. Speaking of the front facing camera, I am now unable to completely push forward my driver's side sun visor (your milage may vary). To add icing on the cake, my unit was actually faulty and needs to be exchanged. The one saving grace that this unit has is the fact that customer support has been nothing but stellar! My specific unit is hardwired and does not always turn on when the vehicle turns on. CS walked me through trouble shooting and has come to the conclusion that the unit needs to be replaced. We'll see how the other one pans out and I'll update the review. One thing to get used to is the wide angled view makes objects in the center of the camera look much farther. If a vehicle is 40 feet directly behind you, the image looks like its 80 feet behind you. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just something to note. The touchscreen itself if highly responsive and easy to use. When scrolling through the saved files, a time stamp on the name would have been nice. Since there isn't one, you have to scroll and preview the videos to actually find the specific video you were looking for. Even with the price I paid with the Black Friday deal, I honestly do not think I got my monies worth. I definitely would not pay regular full price for this specific unit. Customer service was fantastic, but the product itself leaves me feeling very underwhelmed.
