My wife is a keen puzzle expert and we only buy quality puzzles, or at least keep them.We return any that are inferior.No Clementoni puzzles have ever been returned by us.Should you have pieces missing, Clementoni will supply them, but we have not had to use this service.Great picture on good quality material.
