I can not take these INSTEAD OF food, but I can have a tiny meal with 1 or 2 pills and feel satisfied until it's time for the next meal.

This was recommended by a manager after I asked what could I use to combat sugar cravings. I took it the same day and it worked! The bottle says take 3 before each meal, but I took 1 had no desire for sugarary foods nor was I hungry. I eat low carb and work out 6 days a week, but at times I want something sweet! You got to drink tons of water. Otherwise you will get constipation andwhen you do poop, your poop size will be pretty big. So beware if you haveone of those low discharge flush. It will get clogged. Just my experience.
