I used konjac noodles years ago when I was doing 5:2 diet. Found them useful for fasting days but they always had a slight fishy smell/taste. I thought I would try again for easy calorie controlled meals and these have been a real game changer. I always rinse before use and there is no smell or taste which means I can substitute to most any noodle and pasta dish. Texture is slightly different to normal noodles/pasta but it's fine. I've also not noticed any stomach issues from eating 1 pack in a meal. And it's great to create really quick/easy low calorie and low carb meals.

The best Konjac rice I've ever had. Now this review might sound a bit over the top but it is 100% true. I've had Konjac rice previously - a different brand - and it was always a bit fishy tasting despite me washing it a few times. That one was OK but my wife didn't like it. So we gave up on that brand and didn't bother looking for any other. Then the other day, I happened to take a look and found this brand. Completely by chance. This brand is superb and VERY rice like in taste. It had no smell and so no fishy smell either. Great. I stir fried it for about 2 minutes in a little amount of peanut oil. It was great. My wife and I loved it. I'd highly recommend it to everyone that is curious about Konjac rice.

Great product. The packets are just the right size and they’re not ‘chewy’ like sone similar products. I like the variety in the box. The only thing that let this order down was them being delivered in just the retail packaging. They were left on my driveway and it started to rain before I got home which wasn’t great.

Ready to eat no prep required other than rinsing and straining. IMO greatest substitute for traditional rice but still filling. Not only keto friendly but perfect for low calorie deficit diets or plans. Texture identical to normal rice with just a bit more bite, little to no odor. Good value for a multipack that lasts and more affordable than other brands. 10/10..

Texture is like a plastic rubbery soaked in water for a long time. Throw it directly in bin coz theres no return for this product.

The texture is very nice. It is so alike a real noodle. No stranger smells. A good replacement of normal carbs noodles. Its 0 calorie! Just need to pull out the water and it is ready to eat. It can be eat as salad or with soup. Easy to prepare. I have rebuy 4boxes already!

They seem ok, I just need 2-3+ packets of these for a proper meal, thus being expensive for what they are... precooked pasta ffs! They don't smell funny or anything, I'm rinse the contents when taking them out of the packet, which I don't normally do on home cooked pasta. Some ppl sear by them, I find them fancy and expensive. Also I'm not sure of the benefits they offer.

Awesome low calorie option for keto diet. Great filler and carb replacement gives you that full feeling and you don’t miss things like rice and pasta or noodles as it absorbed flavour of what you cooked along with it.

Einfache Zubereitung in der Mikrowelle, der Reis hat keinen Geruch und übernimmt den Gechmach von der Sauce. Leicht und bekömlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ottimi, assolutamente ottimi! Non hanno alcun retrogusto sgradevole, sono quasi totalmente insapori. Quel poco che si sente è simile a quella a base di riso. Ciò permette di assaporare completamente il condimento, dando quella marcia in più, sia in quantità che a livello visivo.

Texture/firmness make this a perfect substitute for ramen/pho noodles & no strange flavors or odors detected, no stomach upset. We've added these as a staple for KETO and look forward to trying it with spaghetti and other noodle type recipes. Hoping we'll see the manufacturer experiment with Italian noodle shapes. Great product.
