I thought this was the same size I had always ordered. It was much longer and wider and not very comfortable for me. I think a person with more issues would appreciate this pad.I’ll take care to order the ones I am used to. I was paying attention to delivery time.

Over the last almost half century I have used many products to control bladder leaks. I blame it all on my twin sons God bless them! What a surprise they were and what a strain on my 115 lb, 23YO body. It’s been 3 bladder surgeries (unsuccessful) and lots of different medications that just make you drink more! The pads have changed from period types to bladder control and from thin and narrow to wider and longer. Many brands have so many different sizes and absorbing strengths that it’s a challenge to make up your mind which one is best for you. Having said maybe too much and tried to many I think this poise #7 is maybe a good one if you have severe leaking problems. I hate to put my BUSINESS out there but if it helps someone who is struggling with the same problem then what the hell! Life is just too short to worry over the pissy little things. If you feel the urge to go and when you stand up and head for the bathroom and your bladder starts to release while you are walking and you can’t clutch you bladder closed then this pad will catch a lot more of the urine than the other pads on the market. It has an extra strip of padding in the middle. It is noticeably thicker than even the poise #6. And it is wider as well in the crotch area. I never could understand why the manufacturer would want to make each end wider when the leak starts in the crotch.(MEN)! My underwear and outerwear stay dry most of the time now. And the price is ok too.

I love the adhesive down the center. My only problem is that they are wider than the crotch of panties which makes them uncomfortable between the legs. Is there any way you can make them so they are the width of underpants. This would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Jean
