Life long insomniac & nothing really works well and I’ve tried many remedies and methods and sleep studies to try obtain sleep. It takes a toll to not sleep well. When I can’t deal anymore and desperately need a good night sleep this product along with Melatonin tincture gIves me a blissful 8 hours of sleep! Unheard for me. It works! I am slightly groggy the morning after but perhaps it’s actually from getting more than my usual 4-5 hours of sleep finally. Incorporated with good sleep hygiene habits and hopefully many more nights to come of restorative sleep. On a side note I choose not to take it every night yet but every other night at this time. I want to be sure there are no negative side effects from long term use. Will update in a month if any thing negative comes up after extended use.

I ordered the pills by mistake instead of capsules like my last order. Hard and big and the only 1 I took Layed on my stomach all night. Threw them out. Got the capsules.

I thought this was going to be the answer to my sleep issues. I took it for 2 nights and it worked well, I slept longer than usual and woke feeling rested. I'm not sure what lead me to research it, but I found several articles that advised against taking with most anti depressants. So disappointing, it really was helping!

Quality, works great for sleep.

I normally don't have any trouble swallowing large pills. I can swallow 10 pills at one time but these honkers are difficult. I'll have multiple pills in my mouth at one time, everything else go down but these don't want to. I don't know if it's because they're so fat and not tapered at the ends or if they're not slick enough but they are problematic. I ordered multiple bottles. I might send the unopened ones back if I even can.

Even cut in half or FOURTH, I still struggle to swallow them. Now I am stuck with three bottles of useless HORSE PILLS. WASTE of money.I could not write a review without highlighting a star. That is the only reason there is a star. These are terrible. Don’t buy them!
