My experience after a year of use...
Many people insist on purchasing only brand-name accessories for their cameras, but I prefer more budget-friendly options without compromising on quality. I have been using two of these accessories with my Sony ZV-E10 for over a year, primarily for recording YouTube videos and podcasts. When recording podcasts, my camera is typically on for about three hours at a time, and I have never encountered any issues with overheating. The cord length is convenient, and the quality is impressive. Additionally, these accessories are incredibly easy to use and have proven to be highly durable. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to purchase one of these again. They offer excellent performance and reliability at a fraction of the cost of brand-name products.

It works ok
It works ok. The only cons - I do not know if all of the kind are the same - is that the door of the battery needs to remain open since the cable is connected directly to it. Other than that, after a couple of weeks of used, all good.

It works for my ZV-E10 but use at your own risk
So I blindly bought this thinking it was from Sony because a YouTube video about ZV-E10s had suggested it in their description that normally only recommends Sony stuff. Needless to say I was surprised when it got here and realized that's why it was so cheap. I re-watched the video and saw they weren't even using this and were indeed using the Sony one!! So, I was a bit annoyed because I had previously dismissed the negative reviews and some people saying it bricked their camera or that it didn't fit their ZV-E10. My anxiety went up a bit but I was also to lazy to return it so I took the plunge because I always have good luck with cheap products on Amazon. Whelp, it fit perfectly with no issues and worked flawlessly for 2 different 30 minute recording sessions. I haven't had any issues but it is a little anxiety inducing every time use it, so I try to avoid using it. I am also using the latest firmware update, and I mention this because there is a review that has issues with one of their two ZV-E10 cameras and the only difference between them is the firmware. Even though it works for me, I wish I would have bought the Sony one just to feel safer 🥺

Easy to setup
Works perfectly fine with my Sony a5100, good material quality and the cable attached to the dummy battery is flexible enough to stick out from the battery lid on the bottom of the camera, it also has a blue light indicator and shines brightly.

Works.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: My Sony a6500 is my “webcam.” This is perfect.

Great item for static photography
PRO: Fits perfectly for my Sony A6k. Keeps the camera at full, well almost full. It'll show 100% battery, but then drop a little while using it. The wife has been using that camera to sell her collection of items that she has accumulated throughout the years and got tired of having to change the battery out all the time. With using flash, auto focus, the display on and being connected to a computer, the batteries would only last about 1 hrs. With this adapter, she was able to take photos and edit them all day. I would recommend this to anyone who will be staying stationary while taking their photos. Build quality seems great for the price point. Super easy to install as well. CON: You obviously need access to an electrical outlet to use it. It is also pretty awkward to use with the camera in hand, but was amazing when the camera is on a tripod.
