Helped my knee no end

I struggled to walk on fairly flat surfaces for more than 5-6 miles without a pinch in my knee or even full on pain. And I train quite a lot in the gym. When I ski, I used to be in pain if I push myself. With this, I managed to have a full on two weeks ski with the pain coming on much later. I managed a Brecon Beacons very hilly hike of 10miles with the pain coming in at the end. And I hiked again the next day for 4 miles without any pain

This item is just what I needed after a fall and a kneecap injury. It helps me to walk although with sticks. Without it I would spend most of my time in bed. It's worth the money and I wpould buy it again. I recommend it.
