Teatime Scones: From the editors of Teatime Magazine Hardcover – August 8, 2023

This is my new favorite scone book! It has my favorite recipes from past Tea Time magazine issues. It’s nice to have all of these recipes in one place. Plus, it’s just a beautiful book to look at. I bought one for a gift also. Love it!

Beautiful photos and many delicious sounding recipes. If you enjoy tea and scones afternoon breaks, there are plenty of recipes to choose from in this book devoted to scones. I spotted a few new recipes that I plan to bake soon. This is a perfect book to give a teatime friend, along with a batch of scones from one of the recipes in the book. If it is your turn to bring a sweet treat to the club, office, or meeting, instead of bringing cookies, donuts or cake how about a batch of home-make scones? All you need to add is a bottle of jam and clotted cream. And you will have made a hit with your friends/co-workers.

I have read Tea Time magazine for, well, ever. I can't get it in the store anymore so I miss the recipes. This book is just like the magazine in that it offers the scones, beautiful tea ware, and advice on best teas to serve. So happy I bought it!

This is a beautiful book and it has different categories of scones savory, sweet, plain and allergy friendly scones . I wish there were more basic sweet scone recipes . The allergy friendly ones don’t sound appetizing to me but I’m sure will be helpful to people on special diets.
