DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
Bought 21 boxes and every box had multiple cracked or broken bricks. Total loss was over 2 boxes of useless bricks. Now we cannot finish the project without buying more of the overpriced bricks and risking that most of them will be broken as well. Tried to contact manufacturer and they were of no help! Lots of time and money wasted!

Fragile do not walk on during install
Tiles were package very well. No broken tiles, however do not walk on when installing. They can easily break without letting it full dry into the mortar. Overall they came out really nice, but pricey for how many you get.

Busted Bricks
So I ordered a sample as a result of some less than favorable reviews. I was particularly concerned about the reviews about large quantities of brick arriving busted. I ordered a sample and my brick also arrived busted in two. Busted bricks. Pass.

These tiles are beautiful but…….
I ordered the sample of these bricks and they were perfect and my church sister took them! No problem I just ordered another sample and they arrived in pieces!!! This company needs a more secure way of shipping out their products! It’s the delivery service that is unmindful of what sits in the envelope I’m sure throwing it. These heavy tiles don’t do well in an envelope!!! I am praying for a better solution🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
