GREAT! Loved it - kept my medication cold as required. Worth it.
This small cooler pack was perfect for my medication to stay cold while traveling. It has 4 TSA approved ice packs inside and storage compartments, this cooler pack was worth the price. My medication stayed cold while flying, had a short layover and flying again- 9 Hours later landed and my Meds were cold & ice packs WERE STILL COLD (not frozen). Perfect for me. TSA requires you to bring onboard as a carry on and for me, it did FLAG TSA to look at it. No Biggee - Agent said it was the ice packs that alerted. Ice packs refroze solid.

Perfect Travel Case for Long Trips and Storage
I ordered this case for a two-month trip across Europe, and needed the biggest option to carry enough insulin, plus plenty extra, for these travels. These are my takeaways: Volume: I was able to fit more than 15 disposable insulin pens plus needles in the case with all four ice packs after taking out the insert that comes with it (the insert is an ok organizer but takes up extra space). This was exactly what I needed for a long trip where I wouldn't have access to insulin refills, so this case soothed my biggest travel anxiety! Longevity: I had several travel days that were over 20 hours; the ice packs were usually soft but still cold after 15 hours, and even at the end of these long travel days, the case would be under room temperature. While the four ice packs alone kept it cool for about this long, it of course stayed cooler longer when the whole case was put in the refrigerator the night before. Looks: This was a good product to take into Airbnbs, hostels, shared rooms, hotels, and through TSA, because the case is compact, contained, discreet, and professional-looking. Looks a lot better and official than a plastic bag, or insulin pens and needles just sitting in my backpack pocket. Durability: The case suffered zero damage or wear after the two months; I could see myself using both the case and the ice packs for many years. Weight: With all four packs frozen, plus the insulin pens, this case was heavy in my backpack at the beginning of the trip. However, considering this was probably the most valuable thing to me in all my luggage, so I didn't care about this at all. Warning: I went on eight international flights on this trip and frequently got stopped going through TSA, probably over half the time (though not as often in the Schengen zone). Usually it was the ice packs (frozen or thawed) that set off the machine, otherwise the agents didn't specify why the case got flagged. They usually just unzipped it and poked or scanned the ice packs, then sent me on my way. In case you have any short international transfer flights! Conclusion: worth the purchase. Works exactly as intended and required. Great value!

Great case with lots of room
Love the design of this travel case. It has plenty of room for several insulin pens and Ice packs. Had to send pens from Washington to Mississippi, so packed them in this case and then in box cooler. Worked great in keeping them cool.

Handy, compact travel case
I bought several of these travel cases to transport a large supply of medicine. It kept the vials cold and protected.

It good, but not for my needs.
I'm not giving this a 4 because it isn't a great product. I'm giving 4 stars because I thought it would work for my needs and it fell short. As a type. 1 diabetic I travel a lot and was looking for one bag that could hold EVERYTHING. THIS bag is great for diabetics that use insulin pens. I knew that but was hoping it could be deconstructed to fit my pump supplies, insulin, and small snacks ICOE. This is the largest bag they offer and I wanted it to work, but I still needed another bag. I do like that it comes with 4 reusable and sturdy ice packets, it zips easily, but I wish they thought about the insulin pump users. It is a great bag, just not exactly what I was looking for. This is larger but I don't need space for BGM and those supplies. It is easy to carry, waterproof, but NOT for those looking to travel with insulin, PUMP and CGM supplies together. I'm keeping it because the ice packs work for me.

Works great. Better than expected.
Held temperature for my diabetes meds for 18 hours of travel at just above 49 degrees with only their freezing packs. No issues at countries who are very strict about checking your meds at all. Highly recommend. Takes up some room in your bag, but still. You need something that will work. Here’s your case.

Worked, to get from little Italian town, hotel, and airport in the morning. Do not freeze GLP 1s!
The gel packs are great, the pack holds lots of injectors, best if you have the European 4 dose injectors which take less space. If you over freeze the gel packs, you can potentially freeze your medication, which is bad for GLP 1s. I froze for 4 hours in a -18C freezer and the packs held up for 15 hours when I placed them in a canvas insulated cooler bag with two gel blocks to keep the ambient cool as possible, froze the blocks for about 8 hours. See picture and chart, I did some research to get my 5 months of Mounjaro from Milan to Alabama over a 36-hour travel window from Italy home, hotel, airport, 11 hr. flight, shuttle bus, and car to US home. Used this for the home to hotel to Airport in morning leg 16 hours. Then move them to a 30-hour gel tube/vacuum canister for the remainder. I like to have a safety buffer when you're talking 2K worth of GLP 1s. The little red box is a cheap Bluetooth thermometer I could monitor via an app on my phone.

Great for Traveling
Worked great for traveling. Because there are four ice packs included, I would ask the hotel to store two in the freezer while I kept two in the package and just swapped them out every day.
