Excellent taste
It is a flavorful full bodied honey, like what I remember from childhood. I have tried several honeys and this one has so much flavor. It holds up well in tea. The taste of tea does not wash away the flavor of the honey.April 7,2025 I will add that I did the paper test for authenticity and it is the real deal. It is so flavorful I am only using 1 teaspoon. I do not need a tablespoon. I will be re-ordering for sure.
