Who renewed this??? Broken product.
Lasted all of 5 minutes before the monitor turned black and stopped working. Probably worn out chipset or internal wires. Whoever certified this as renewed should be fired. And niw I have a protection plan that's basically worthless too. Bitterly disappointed because I needed this machine for work. Thanks a lot amazon.Update: amazon is now holding my refund hostage due to shipping problems totally beyond my control. This, after sending me a defective product without adequate protective packaging, is completely unacceptable. Even if the item makes it back to the warehouse, it could take up to 30 days to process the refund, which is ridiculous. I am considering cancelling prime and not doing further business with amazon at all after this experience.
