Had a blocked ear, used oil drops for 3 days then did not clear, so ordered this and it worked straight away, did both ears, now I can hear full HD sound 😃

It came today and I didn't waste time with it. That was best spend money this year I guess. Absolutely fantastic and so easy to use. Just take bath and large jog get warm water and treat each ear for about 20 or more times - IMPORTANT Do Not Give Up!!! My case tonight took about 30 minutes but I can hear anything now. It is much better than NHS fat nurses trying to do it with compressor which is totally useless. They saying did you sofftned for three days with olive oil??? Olive oil is useless and all sprays with Good God knows what Inside! Get this set get warm water and do not give up just Do it. Highly recommended!!! I can hear again now!!! So happy is 23:53 haha

Basically the only important part is the tip connector, the syringe is generic, can you can get anywhere else. Still works well no complaints, got lots of earwax out of one ear after putting olive oil in for a few days prior to irrigation

A great little gadget. Ensure that you have treated your ear wax with proprietary ear-drops for a few days prior to syringing, to soften ear wax. I used luke warm water to fill the syringe. There is a soft latex tip, with holes at the sides, so that the water pressure is not directed to the ear-drum. I held a small paper cup under my ear and squirted several full syringe loads of warm water into my ear, which immediately dislodged the ear wax. Comfortable and easy to use.

Amazing product! Quick and easy to use! First time ive done it myself as my doctor said they no longer do this for people in my area unless we use ear drops for 3 weeks in a row and id been suffering with a fully blocked ear for 2 weeks already! Used ear drops for 4 days then used this product took 3 syringes to fully clear it out but it was so easy and completely painless :D Very happy with this great product worth every penny of its tiny cost I would recommend to anyone suffering with a blocked ear.

We bought these on a punt during lock down as having ear syringed wasn’t an option. I had read reviews, but my husband still didn’t have any faith in it. But it worked!!! About 5 minutes of pumping and he could hear again! He had been dead for about 3 weeks in one ear. We had our oil in fo approx 4 days before and I’m Sure that helped loosen up the wax. It came out in bits not a big lump. And it was great for me because his deafness was driving me insane. Recommend!
