Lifesaver for Mallet Finger - Professional Quality Home Treatment
I recently dealt with a painful mallet finger injury and was dreading a time-consuming trip to the emergency room. These Sopito Finger Splints were an absolute game-changer. The 3-piece set provides excellent support and immobilization, which is crucial for proper healing of finger injuries. Key positives: Comfortable, adjustable fit Rigid enough to prevent movement Easy to apply and remove Affordable alternative to medical intervention Helps promote proper alignment during healing The splints are well-constructed and made from a quality material that feels durable. They effectively kept my finger straight and protected, which is exactly what's needed for mallet finger recovery. I appreciated how I could continue most daily activities while wearing them. Pro tip: Follow proper medical guidance, but for minor injuries, these splints can save you time and potentially expensive medical visits. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with finger injuries, joint problems, or needing targeted finger support.

It's a thumbs up from me!
I have been using the thumb splint for a few weeks as have been experiencing pain in the joint and wanted to immobilise the digit. Works as expected. Pretty comfy. Velcro isn't the best, doesn't hold very securely. Try to limit how wide you open the splint to insert your finger or thimb, as its made from aluminium it will split if bent repeatedly. Also don't leave it in a pocket or anywhere else it is liable to get squished, again as it is aluminium it will deform (crush fairly easily). Works well if you are aware of the limitations of the metal.

Really helped with my 'trigger finger' issue and enabled the body to self heal
Suffering a trigger finger on my pinky. Easy to find one that fits the affected finger, easy to custom fit and remove when needed, ie when washing hands etc. It stopped my finger from curling wheel still using my hand and allowed the sleeve over the ligament to fully recover. It will get grubby and is easy to clean. Putting this one stopped the painful times I accidentally gripped something and my little finger got stuck on the ligament sleeve. Downside is it can dig into the base of the finger if you don't pick the right size. Easily avoided.

Good product
I have now tried quite a number of splints for my mallet finger. These are by far the best and most comfortable to wear .

A god send
Sliced my finger with a knife and these stopped a visit to A&E to get it stitched. Held the wound together nicely by having the injured part in the open side. Knitted together quickly thanks to these stopping me bending my finger.

Not the greatest
Great at first but after a few uses they don’t stick

Great for broken fingers!
Love that there's different sizes, cant fault at all, strong and sturdy, able to tighten and loosen at will. Not the most pretty item but who cares when you've cracked your fingers in a car door and that pain of trying to move them is too much, all you care about is protecting your fingers after that

These finger splints worked really well following finger surgery. They were much better quality than the ones I received from the physical therapist

Upgrading from 3 stars to 5 stars. I had jammed two fingers upon falling to the floor, causing one of the fingers to be left (literally) bent at a 90 degree angle to the neighboring fingers! I pulled on the bent (dislocated) finger to straighten it, and managed to splint both fingers temporarily with a couple of 5-inch disposable wooden spoon and tape, took some homeopathic Arnica 30C followed by a dose of homeopathic Ruta Grav 6x...and then got online to order these Sopito Finger Splints. They arrived about 48 hours later. They were a HUGE improvement over those wooden spoons; extremely comfortable (with that foam liner) and do a great job immobilizing injured fingers. Initially, I had given these splints 3 stars because of a tendency for one to rotate slightly on one of the fingers. But this is probably due to the fact that I have TWO splinted fingers, side by side. And the fact is, the very SLIGHT rotation of one splint does not interfere with the function of either splint. I've slept comfortably through the night wearing them and, in fact, was a little surprised to find them on my fingers when my alarm went off and I got out of bed. That's how comfortable they are. Worth every penny!

Incredibly comfortable to wear. The adjustable straps ensure a snug fit, but not too tight, which helps in minimizing any discomfort. The material is soft yet sturdy, which strikes a perfect balance between support and flexibility. I appreciate the versatility of the three different sizes included in the pack. This variety means I can use them for different fingers or adjust as needed. They are easy to put on and take off, which is a huge plus when dealing with daily activities. It’s a reliable, high-quality product that has significantly aided in my recovery. If you’re dealing with a finger injury or need some extra support, I highly recommend giving these a try. They’re worth every penny! The only drawback is that it is a bit stiff at time.

I did something terrible to my middle finger. I was using a Mandolin Slicer for potatoes and ended up in the ER instead. A potato got stuck and trying to dislodge it I accidentally sliced part of the side of my finger off. It’s Day 8 and it’s healing, but since I sliced it so deep it still hasn’t closed yet, so I still need to bandage and protect it. I saw these finger splints when I was looking for stretch gauze, but I took a chance on this being a better option, and I’m so happy I did. I can use only a thin non stick gauze over the wound, and instead of winding several layers of stretch gauze over it to protect it as it heals, I am using the brace to do basically the same thing. Using the thinner gauze materials with the brace allows my finger to get better air flow since it’s summer and it’s like a hot box for my finger when it’s wrapped in layers of gauze. Using this brace is so much more comfortable and the brace is very light in weight, but still solid protection. I bought Finger Bandages to pull over my finger to keep the gauze over my wound in place and it’s thin enough that I don’t feel any extra pressure inside the splint. The finger bandage keeps me from coming in direct contact with the foam inside the brace. I don’t have an aversion to the foam, its super soft, I just want to keep it clean so I can continue to use it longer. So far I have not experienced the splint slipping off my finger, I did cover the Velcro with paper tape since I found it more comfortable this way. I’ll keep you updated if it doesn’t work out, but something tells me this is going to work perfectly for me.
