Cannot be returned
I have no idea if these effective or not. I've only used for 10 days. And now the rest of the content of the bottle is one big gummy chunk. I cannot get them apart. And I'm not happy that they cannot be returned. They need to be packed with a moisture absorbing packet.EDIT: The company reached out to me and fully refunded. So I am changing from a 1-star to a 4-star.

Let me start by saying that these gummies are delicious. Both my husband and I love them! They do aide in falling and staying asleep and are a good natural option to help those who dont fall asleep easily or wake often in the night.
