Q: What is the difference between COREtec ENCORE 03Z78 Floor Cleaner, and Shaw R2Xtra Hard Surfaces 32 fl oz Flooring Cleaner?

I have never used the Shaw. The floor is awful and never comes clean. You can use anything and go back with a wet cloth and thre is still more dirt. These floors were one of the worst mistakes we ever made. I dont buy this stuff anymore cause none of it helps. Just use dawn or any soap . I use Amway LOC because I have it on hand.

Absolutely yes! We have luxury vinyl plank floors and this product is the only thing I use to clean them. Works great!

Q: I just put in over 2500 square feet of coretec vinyl flooring. can i use a big microfiber mop with this product if i dilute it?

You can use COREtec. It works very well on high end vinyl flooring. The 32 oz. bottle is the way to go. It is a concentrate and is easily diluted for use with a microfiber mop.
