The ladies love it . Easy to keep cleaned & safe for hens
The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these when I had 1.5 days to get a coop set up when I got my chickens back from divorce. all 6 of my Hens go into the coop for sleeping the other coop is for egg laying and laying around in the daytime and occasionally my silky will spend the night in the 2nd one alone . but usually all six hens load up including Margeux who is three times the size of a normal hen .I did think they were cheaply made at first . But the hens love it. This little hut allows me to put diatomaceous earth, all along the bottom and then a layer of straw, and this keeps the ladies free from mites. I do clean it out every morning and each week replace the diatomaceous earth and straw about twice or three times a week. The small size enables me to keep this clean and under control and then I have a 15 x 15 mesh chicken wire enclosure that the two huts are in keeping my ladies safe. I did put some little eye hooks and bungee that hold the doors open in the daytime , and I come close the hens in at night .The doors do close too easily in wind ,But bungee & hook enable me to keep open during the day. This is not enough roomTo live in , you must also have a mesh or some large enclosure . But I’ve been so grateful they could deliver these in 1 day, with that option these really do the job for my beloved feather babies .

Very cheap material and left with large air openings. Not square.
Overall cheap material. Not made square so there are large places where material is supposed to meet but doesn’t. I’ll have to add material to block wind for the winter.Smaller than it seems online. Nest boxes are made for girls on the thinner side. Looking at other options, I could’ve got something better for the price. One good thing, very easy to put together

So Easy and Cute!
Upon first opening the box the pieces felt flimsy and very light weight, however after it's put together it seems pretty sturdy. None of the wood pieces split as other reviewers said. I would suggest using the provided screws and go slow when using a power drill. Assembly was a breeze and came together in under as hour with two people. The assembly video on the product page was helpful. Pre-drilled holes line up well as long as everything is perfectly square.I would not expect it to be water tight or weather very well if exposed directly to the elements. There is no weather stripping or flashing where the hinges of the nesting box lid attaches to the main house and I could see rain easily getting in there. Not a big deal for me as we have the coop under a closed roof area.I don't care for the roosting bar. It is basically a small dowel rod. And there is only one of them. Chicken feet are not meant to wrap around a bar, but sit flat. I will be replacing this and adding a second one using a larger flat piece of wood. The house is small so read the description carefully. The photos make it look very large. I have 3 Frizzles and 2 Satins and they all fit with a little room to spare. But I wouldn't expect more than 3 full grown hens to fit comfortably. The little heart closures are a neat idea and do hold the doors securely shut. I may replace the one on the entry door only because I fear a predator could actually push the door in with enough force to actually spring the door hinges and get the door open. The entry ramp has two rungs which would be fine for bigger chickens but my small girls itty bitty feet slip and they struggle to get up the ramp. I will be adding a rung in the middle of the other two. Not a flaw in the ramp itself, just applies to my particular flock.Overall I think this was a great addition to my Chicken City and my chickens are happy.

Solid little coop.
This coop is so cute. It's small, well made, and solid. It was so quick and easy to put together and didn't charge outrageous shipping fees.

Cute but no good
Poorly built with extremely cheap materials. 3 of the sides were coming apart that I had to repair, the hardware had to be removed and adjusted. It's cute but I'll be lucky to get 2 months out of this coop. You get what you pay for and I should have paid a little more for a better one.

Cheap
It's a great size but I've been using it for about a month now and it's already falling apart and the assembly was a pain the instructions didn't help

chicken condo
No problem putting it together. I bought two cans of spray sealer and sealed the roof and sides. It just went through a tough winter and still looks new. and my chickens love it.Worth the money.

Not fantastic
Super soft wood, not fantastic directions. Its fine for my silkies house since it's in a predator proofed run. But its not fantastic, that's for sure.
