I love this product! I mix it in my teas, smoothies/yogurt! I love the flavor it adds and as long as you mix it into your hot beverages well it dissolves well.

Being a sugar-holic all my life isn't good, but with bee polen, I can have my sweetness w/o refined sugar.I now buy plain yogurt and add a teaspoon of this. The little polen 'balls' melt into a creamy texture with a few stirs, not thick or sticky. The color is so pretty and it taste so good! I love that it's organic and that Im getting the great health benifits of bee polen. Smells wonderful too!

I felt the effects from this product very quickly within a few days of taking it. I noticed more energy and my boobs got fuller like how they were on birth control. I was only taking 1/8 of a teaspoon everyday and after about a week of taking it I noticed my face was very puffy. My jawline dissapeared and I had the exact same reaction to the fenugreek supplement a while ago. I didn’t change anything else in my routine besides the bee pollen. I’m not sure why this happened. If this is something that happened to you maybe try taking it every few days to still have some of the benefits. I may just be really sensitive to products that effect your hormones. Overall this is still a good product but just keep in mind that you might have to take less than what others take if you have higher estrogen levels like I probably do.

I'm no expert on bee pollen, but the pollen granules in this bag look and taste fresh. And, especially like that they were processed at low temperature to preserve nutrients.I had used local bee pollen in the past as sort of a DIY allergy treatment, on the same principle as allergy shots (1-2 doses per week over a long period of time). With local pollen, I got very noticeable allergy symptoms with even a small amount., like 1/2 tsp, so I wasn't able to use it as a dietary supplement. I get no allergy symptoms with this product, which I think is because it's from northern California so I'm not sensitized to anything in that region. So this makes it usable for me as a supplement, just not to treat allergies.

This is my 1st day using the Greenbow brand of Organic Bee Pollen. It's also my 1st time using the granules instead of the powder variety. I'm so happy I picked this product because there is wide selection on the market. I was using another brand for a few years but I guess it was discontinued, because I haven't been able to find it. But no worries because this Greenbow brand is wonderful. It has a delicious flavor and blends well in liquid. The flavor is really good. I don't know why others say it isn't. It has a natural, wholesome sweetness to it and is not overly sweet. Now we'll see how it works on improving my energy level.

The pricing that this shows is incorrect. Unfortunately, I fell for it the first time I purchased it. I figured someone would correct it by now. It is not $2.68 per ounce; it’s $3.68 per ounce! It’s cheaper to buy the small jars!
