How do you change the filter?

U can't change the filter. It's made to be disposable but you can extend the life of it by adding a cotton ball inside the mouth piece n change that every so often.

It say's free shipping... and it also says tax included... and the total is 18 bucks... so... why would the tax be a whopping 7 bucks?
