This is my go to fuel for cycling and running. It mixes clean, isn’t stick or nasty and cleans up easily. It tastes good and doesn’t give me any GI distress at all. It’s brilliant. Not cheap. But brilliant.

Been using tailwind for years now and always come back to the unflavoured (not that there's anything up with the other flavours) Woulnd go a long run with out this, its certainly not all I need for 30+ mile runs as I like solid proper food but its a great product and having tried various other brands I always come back

I wanted to try all whole foods for ultra running but my gut just does not want to comply. I used two scoops of tailwind in my 17 oz water flask and sip on it over two hours so one scoop per hour. I also use other means of fuel to bump me up to 200 calories to 250 calories per hour. I needed tailwind to get me in the right caloric zone. I couldn't eat over 150 cals without cramps in my gut. This tailwind has made that happen so now my 5+ hour runs are doable and I feel 100% better. I know people who only use tailwind but I feel it's a good addition to fueling strategy. Also great band for your buck electrolytes are already included. So no need for salt tabs. Love the naked flavor as it barely has a sweet rate and is great for people who are having nausea or unsettled stomach. Which can happen!
