This is the best freshest tastiest Thai Red Curry paste, even better than what Amazon sells in the US. Wonder why ? Thailand is after all 2 hr 45 mins flight from India I guess. But I have taken this container to US by flight due to its freshness, it is very different compared to the US container. We love thai veg curry, best with lots and lots of Brinjal and peas. That is my favorite thai curry! Thank you Amazon!

Product import date on box - NOVEMBER 2023 Product manufactured date on cover - 09 MAY 2024 Product was imported before it was manufactured????? Probably a cover from another product placed on this one to hide possible EXPIRY OF PRODUCT.

I did not like the taste but may be I was expecting it to be different .Not an expert on Thai culinary though.

This is the best brand for Red Curry. No need to add any seasoning. Just little sauteing in oil and add coconut milk. Then your choice of veggies and meat. Tada......ready!

This paste was recommended to me by YouTube channel cookingshooking and hence had purchased it. I prepared it as per his instructions and it just turned out like the restaurant taste.
