still makes it hard to swallow when head is tilted back.

The straw hole is bigger and perfect for nectar thick drinks for people with dysphagia issues and can't drink out of regular cups. The larger hole also makes it easier and safer to clean.

The lid doesn’t stay on. Rather it pops off when gripped.

This is a small cup but perfect for sipping. My elderly Mom can easily grip/hold it which has been an issue for several other cups. Recommend.

Lightweight and cheaply made. Might work for some but not for our purposes.

I would say even for an elderly adult, this cup lid is not very secure. It pops right off with the slightest pressure or touch. It pushes down inside the cup but not very far and has nothing to prevent it from slipping out at all. It’s like a lid that’s too small, maybe it was just my cup I bought. Did not fit my need for a special needs drink cup. Great concept and exactly what I’m looking for just not secure enough.

The cup is the perfect size for someone that can't sit up in bed, however, when placed in the dish washer, the cup warped enough so that the top piece would no longer fit.
