Buy pouch and order the bottle for free
I've been taking vitamin b12 for the longest time and you really don't realise how much you benefit from it until you run out. I ordered these instead of my usual brand, ordering the pouch rather than the bottle as it was £1 cheaper than the bottle. Great top up
