I had high hopes for this but it did not really help me much with my abdominal bloating after a meal.

Worked for me.
Worked for me. I have been lactose intolerant for quite sometime now. Recently I came across with this lactase supplement and thought to give it a try. It really worked. Just take it 5 minutes before consuming dairy.
