Cholula Smoky Chipotle Salsa (Hot), 12 oz

Honestly, I love this brand. I know it’s made by McCormick, I get it. But their flavors are awesome. This one has a good amount of heat but mostly smoky flavor. It’s all fair I get to eat it myself because my wife doesn’t like anything spicy lol.I found lots of uses besides just chips and dips. I make homemade pizza with this is a base sauce with cheddar cheese and it’s amazing.I like all Cholula variations as well.

Very tasty salsa!Nice smoked flavor, with a kick of heat.Having an open jar in the fridge, I'm finding all sorts of uses by adding it to lots of different meals I prepare.Including some in tuna or chicken salad is tasty and also helps cut the amount of mayo I use.

Wow! Salsa should present powerful, snappy flavors and this delivers. There seems to be a subtle sheen like olive oil but there is no oil, in fact the minimal ingredient list is impressive: tomatillo, tomato, chipotle pepper, onion, salt, sugar, spice. Not a chunky salsa but far from watery, a chip can easily be overloaded. Initially, an authentic smokey chipotle presents, followed by earthy pepper taste, then a reasonable yet hot picante evolves.

Well packed and very good, but not "Hot!" Some may find this too thin, but it suits me just fine.

Love the taste, but goes bad too quick. Open jar only last about three weeks.

YES YES YES, worth it! Bought all three, this was the first one I tried and I LOVE IT. The Salsa Verde is not for me, in my opinion it's weak and tasteless but I haven't tried the regular salsa. But this one is worth it all, the spice the taste is so good. The smell threw me off but it taste great and the spice is definitely there. It's more runny than thick but it taste great with local carniceria chips ❤️‍🔥 especially IGA Foodland.
