Excellent Product
Excellent for storing cheese. Since I began using these storage bags I'm no longer throwing out cheese after relatively short periods and the cheese is staying fresh and tasty for longer periods of time. Have re-purchased several times

Work great ... better than plastic bags!
Great! They do extend the length of the cheese without mold! I use them 2 times for same type of cheese before I trash. This is the 2nd time purchasing these items.

Improved shelf life. Really.
Living alone and being a cheese lover, I always have left over portions to save in the refrigerator. I don't know what it is about these bags, but they really do preserve cheese much better than ziploc bags, plastic tubs, cling wrap, wax paper, or anything else I've tried. With just a few loose folds of the bag, the shelf lives of opened bries, camemberts, blues, jacks, cheddars, gruyeres, and everything else are extended from days to weeks. The bags seem expensive, but they are worth it for me. It's rare for me now to throw out spoiled cheese.

Helps to keep cheese fresh for longer than any other packaging I've tried

I use these bags for our staple cheddar. If you carefully fold the bags, they can easily last for 4 - 6 weeks. The cheese doesn't sweat and stays fresh. There's just the 2 of us but we are cheese lovers so the bag is open daily. One set will easily last a year. Worth it!
