Works great! Sturdy stainless steel carafe heats water fast and no plastic touches the water. Water level markings are etched inside but only on one side, causing them to be visible only when holding the handle using the right hand. Pours easily. The lid opening button intentionally opens the lid only part way to angle steam away from body. To open the lid all the way before filling or cleaning, the lid is opened to a full upright position manually.

Product works great and is better than radioactively heating my mug of water every few hours in the microwave. Heats within a few short minutes and the water comes out liquid hot magma. Large enough to fill a few medium to large mugs. The only thing I dont like about this product is the lid only opens about 45 degrees, which makes adding water and cleaning the slightest 1st world inconvenience.

After much research on safety and construction of electric kettles, I finally chose Cosori and am not disappointed. Besides being safe of plastic pollution, it heats water very quickly to boiling. Is easy to pour and is attractive. The double stainless steel walls keep the water hot fohr quite a while. And I don't have to worry about forgetting the kettle on the stove. Great product for the price!

Dec 3’19 UPDATE: After no luck reaching out for help with troubleshooting.. I gave up and bought another kettle. But as soon as I did this one started working again. No clue, glitch? I did see the lid separate from the lip of the lid, so when the kettle was boiling it didn’t read the temperature right and boils longer than it’s initial boil time and the steam was stronger and coming out of the gap. It got too hot and popped off? I dont know really. Not brand new, got a used one? There was a chip in the top lid where the lid was so maybe it eventually steamed apart. Maybe it was dropped when packaged? If the reviews are for design and functionality, I’d say this is a good enough kettle. But for lack of customer service, I deducted a star ⭐️. Oct 16’19 UPDATE: the Cosori just stopped working. It worked fine 2 days ago. That’s only 4 months! Of course the window for a return in out. June 2019 - This is my 2nd attempt to owning an electric kettle. 1st order was the Amazon brand which I opened and used as soon as I received it and it failed (leaked) in the spout and handle area. So I immediately researched again, read more of its user reviews.. then went back to my list of 3-4 potentials and chose this newer Cosori. For a person who drinks and makes hot tea daily it’s top priority to have clean boiling water. Would I use a simple glass whistle kettle like I had at first again? Only if I can stop accidentally breaking glass, borosilicate glass or not. I took a photo for comparison in height and design between the Amazon one and this Cosori before I returned the other. This Cosori kettle is a nice kettle. Good light weight for its size. I like the color combo, mostly black and sleek. It boiled right at 6 minutes and then turned off immediately. I was hoping the base could act as a warmer (keep warm) base for the kettle but that probably would require more work in the engineering (R&D) department because the kettle automatically turns off when the kettle has reached the correct boiling point. So I dont know how they could have both functions. Maybe some other brand has it and I missed it. To me what’s important is that it works great! It does what it’s suppose to do and that’s to boil water. Clean up is easy. First 1-2 uses you may find water spots after the water is poured out but from what I read it’s from what’s inside the water we use that gets left behind, like minerals. To rid of it I used 1 part vinegar to two parts water and let it sit for a few hours (because I forget about it) and just normal recommended cleaning. 1:2 part ratio is like 1 cup vinegar and 2 cups of water. I use a bottle brush or a used fabric softener (doesn’t scratch and scrubs very well) and Dawn. I have filled the water tank past recommended up to the two holes line in the spout to test if the boiling water leaks or spits/shoots out boiling water if you pour over the tank’s recommended capacity. Result?! Still good!!!!! Although I can only speak from my testing on my kettle.

Excellent product. Stainless steel no plastic. Exactly what I was looking for. Heats very quick. Semi noisy but it doesn’t bother me. Easy to clean. Saves me a ton of time as I use it twice a day at minimum. Seems good quality. The only con is the pot is semi loose on the base. Cord could be a hair longer too. Otherwise I highly recommend. Holds a good amount of water as well .

This Cosori electric kettle is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very easy to use. The hot water never comes into contact with plastic, and there is no plastic anywhere inside the kettle, which was a major plus for me. It’s easy to fill and pours smoothly. The lid opens halfway by default, and with a bit more pressure it opens fully. Pressing the open button should make the lid open slightly wider, but this is a minor detail compared to everything else this kettle does well. The smaller size is perfect for 1–3 people, while the larger version would suit 3–5 adults. The black version is especially attractive. It’s made of black brushed stainless steel that reads more like a dark gray, with a subtle reddish-purplish sheen that gives it a fancy, high-end look. Honestly, it might be the prettiest appliance on my kitchen counter.

Very pleased with this kettle. Very fast to boil and turns off when done. Lightweight and cleans easily. Great deal.

We've been using the Cosori Electric Kettle for a few months now and we are very pleased. There is no plastic inside the kettle itself. It has auto shut off that really works. The cord length is not too long, just right for use on the counter. Water boils really quick and doesn't have any funky taste. I feel its a good value for our money as I expect it to last a long time.

In search of a new kettle, I was wanting to get away from plastic and found this gorgeous kettle with a metal lining and it's beautiful to look at as well. The price was very reasonable. Since it sits on the counter 24/7 I wanted something that wasn't too large and most important that was attractive. This kettle is perfect. You tap the button on top for the lid to lift automatically. There's a fill level inside. There's a lever at the bottom on the base that you flip to boil and I love that it has a blue light when on so you can see if from a distance to know if the kettle is on or not. It has the usual features of auto shut-off and shut-off so it doesn't boil dry. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use and clean. It boils water in about 7 mins. It works perfectly. If you register the product you will have 1 year extended warranty. It means you will have 2 years of warranty. Only a decent product these days will have 2 years of warranty. So happy with the look. Happy purchase . #iCookCosori

I like the appearance and sleek lines of the kettle. Not too big, not too small. I appreciate the double wall of the kettle and i appreciate that the water is not in touch with any plastics containing bpa. At first I thought the lid was a bit stiff to operate from half open to three-quarters open for filling but that rectified itself after a few uses. I used to have a kettle with visible water level and thought I would miss it but I don't. I would classify this kettle as a more refined no bells or whistles style which suits me fine. This kettle is quiet in operation and shuts off automatically there's not much more i was looking for in a kettle. This kettle is a keeper and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good quality and stylish kettle that doesn't pretend to be a food cooker or whatever lol. I love my new kettle after saying adieu to my previous one of 15 years that owed me nothing. I feel sure this kettle will stand the test of time.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. Nice looking kettle, but did not get a chance to use it as it came fitted with a 110v US/North American plug. Why? I bought this on Amazon UK? I really looked forward to using this kettle as it has really good reviews. Alas, not. Returned for a refund.

Es la primera hervidora de agua que compro. Funciona muy bien, es facil de utilizar estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra y la recomiendo, el agua se calienta rápidamente y la hervidora se apaga al alcanzar la temperatura correcta. Al ser de metal evita quemaduras al tocarla. Algo vale la pena mencionar es que la tapa no abre completamente para poder llenarla con agua de nuevo.
