Sometimes you order stuff and you just hope it's decent enough to use, and then you get it and it just blows you away. This is one of those knives that blew me away! It's really hard to describe how nice this is, you really just need to see it for yourself. Everything about this knife is top quality from the box, instructions, blade, and handle.I will be ordering more Kitory products after seeing this. I will post some pics, but you really just need to see it for yourselves.It's got a solid handle which I think they call the tang all the way from blade to but. The wood look on the side is nice and doesn't absorb anything since it's non-porous for sanitary reasons. The blade is sharp as hell and doesn't have any serrations so it can easily be sharpened. Most importantly it feels like it belongs in your hand.

I am very impressed with the quality, balance and sharpness of this knife. It goes through tough vegetables with little to no effort, is comfortable in the hand and is well balanced. This knife is scalpel sharp. It should not be used by those under 18yrs of age without strict parental supervision. TI cannot say enough good about this product. I highly recommend it to all WFPB and Vegan consumers who desire a quality knife at a reasonable price. Bravo to Kitory and TuoPlus!

For the price, a very good knife. Definitely better than what you'd typically find in most stores at the same price point. My only complaint is that the handle wasn't shaped/connected properly with the tang and it made it a bit uncomfortable to hold.

This purchase is definitely great! I didn't expect the knife of this price would have such high quality. I bought this for my mom as a gift. She loves it so much that she is using it for every day's cooking. Will buy one more for my own.

knife arrived within 24 hours. Impressed with delivery and packing. The knife was packed in a box that is usually reserved for way more expensive knives. Well balanced and extremely sharp. I will buy several more and give them out as gifts.

I received my 8” chef’s knife today. It appears that the wooden handle has shrunk, exposing the tang completely around the perimeter of the handle. I have a pic showing a close-up of this. It is VERY sharp where the tang is exposed, and can actually cut skin. I ran my hand and fingers gently along this edge, and you can see the damage. A little more pressure and I do believe it would draw blood. There appears to be no Kitory website, and the "[email protected] bounces back to me.

I am extremely happy with this order. I knew my old knives were in need of an upgrade, but the quality and sharpness of this knife were a wake up call. The knife came nicely packaged in a decent gift box with plastic guards on the edge of the blade.
