Vitamins are Easy to swallow not a very big after flavor, did not make my stomach hurt. Not cheap but Very cost-efficient, and a great vitamin to add to your dietary supplements. Will probably need a 60 to 90 day supply to notice a difference. After taking the vitamin for 15 days I did see some difference in my body, better skin and hairline that was noticeable by me and others around who are around me on a daily basis. I would highly recommend taking these but for more than 30 days

I purchased this because it’s complete. It is a good product. I don’t take three pills a day. I take two in the morning and one at night helps me to go to sleep and it’s complete. It is not is damaging to your kidneys or your liver drink, lots of water

Lately social media is getting more and more aggressive with selling fear in the form of male impotence and impending atrophy of everything from musculature to cognition to life itself. Fear is never a good starting point unless you’re selling something folks don’t need, but I was also raised by parents who had their own obsessions about fitness, and so my pantry looks a lot like a poor man’s version of my dad’s pantry (full of supplements). Like my primary care guy at the VA says, “experiment!” The VA is kooky like that, but this magnesium complex is nice. During this uptick in mineral madness, I’m fitting in, my blood is thick and gritty, but I’m adding lots of water. Good luck to you.

These have been great. Noticed a difference in my sleep and my overall well being. First vitamin I’ve taken that I can say that about. Was encouraged to take them since I’m on a GLP.

Very happy, love how I feel after taking for a month. Should be taken with a meal, as it could be a bit harsh on an empty stomach.
