I was a little afraid when buying a cell phone on Amazon but buy this one for my birthday 27 Dec and today 29Everything is fine I love the cell phone I arrive in perfect condition with some small scratches not very remarkable it was worth the purchase I love the quality and camera.

Phone came in excellent condition, clean no scratches and camera lenses were the same. My package arrived in good condition well packaged and on time. Popped my SIM card in and turned it on works no problems. Screen came with a protector on it and underneath nice and clean once again no scratches. I am overall already very happy with the condition of the phone and the functionality, I haven't had any problems with lagging, overheating or anything else works just as I would expect of a new phone. Battery life has been great, I tend to listen to podcasts for about 8-10hrs a day I don't have to charge till about bedtime and charging has been much faster than my previous phone. Transferring my data over was very easy especially as they provided a cord for that. Thank you so much for my nice new phone!

Came in, some scratches on the back plate as expected for being used. Screen was not affected. Works great would get renewed again.

I was honestly surprised by how good the condition was for a renewed phone. The S23 Ultra arrived clean, fully functional, and without any noticeable scratches on the screen or back. Battery health says good and the phone performs just as fast as a brand new model. The cameras are sharp, the screen is bright and smooth, and the overall performance is great for multitasking, gaming, and everyday use. I bought the 1TB version and the extra storage has been a huge benefit. There is plenty of space for videos, photos, apps, and files without worrying about filling it up. Everything set up quickly and the phone has been reliable with no glitches or issues so far. If you want the S23 Ultra but do not want to pay full price, the renewed version is a great value. Mine feels almost like new and the 1TB storage option makes it even better for long term use.

This is a refurbished phone, but you can't tell that it has been. For the one I bought it may have been barely used or open box because of the immaculate condition it's in I know several people have said that it isn't unlocked, but I can say at least mine was. It's always important to see if the model name is 'S918U1', without that 1 at the end it means it's locked to a carrier. See attached photo. The other thing is if they used an aftermarket screen or not, but rest assured this comes with the factory screen or an exact replacement. You can always tell because the aftermarket ones have rounded corners instead of the square "edge to edge" screen. The S-Pen also works as expected. Overall, a great phone for a great price

Decent quality phone. Has a few weird issues, but i dunno if that's the sellers fault. That might be Samsung's fault. Overall, it's been decent. They get 3 stars for giving me a charger that doesn't work. I ordered two phones and neither charger worked. Then when I told them they only credited me 15 dollars, which isn't even enough to buy a Samsung charger. They also kept telling me there's nothing wrong with the chargers and they've never heard this before. Neither one would charge. They would work for about 2 minutes and then get SO burning hot that the phone would start turning the charging off and on nonstop until you unplugged it. I was busy doing things so I didn't realize at first, but this went on for like an hour and the phone never charged. They tried to say that's how it's supposed to work. Ummm no! I tried over and over and every time it just got burning hot after a few minutes and started shutting off and on nonstop. When i tried my old charger that i had it worked perfectly fine. They tried to say that's how fast charging works. It gets hot and shuts off until it cools and then starts charging again. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That's not true. It never cooled down and it never stopped turning on and off every few seconds. And it sure as hell wasn't fast charging. After an hour it still hadn't charged at all... obviously, since it kept turning on and off nonstop. It was so hot it almost burned my hand. It made me super mad that they tried to say I was wrong and their chargers weren't defective. They were super defective and that wasn't just one charger it was both they sent. They even tried saying it must be the phone. I was like it works perfect with my old charger. It's not the phone. I prob wouldn't purchase again unless I had no other choice and, if I did, I would probably try a different seller next time. They still get 3 stars since the phone works for the most part.

Phone came in perfect condition, everything works as it should. The phone I received is real. I popped in my sim and it did work perfectly. I checked the hardware specs using an app called Devcheck I used a site called gsmarena (Look at photos to see link, when on the site in the search bar search up the phone name, I am not affiliated with this site just a tool I use to ensure I get what I pay for, they make reviews and stuff on phones) to see the phone specs as reported by them. There were some review claiming that the phone was bricked because the device was reported swollen or parts from other phones were installed on the device. That did not happen with me. Why is the device cheaper? I looked at all the specs of the device and in my opinion on the phone I received, I think the battery was replaced, the original battery is supposed to be 5000mah , the one that is in the phone as reported by the software is 4855mah. The phone does get warm when charging (I have an Anker Ace 45W charger with a Ugreen braided Usb c cable rated to 100w). Overall good phone but the only problem is the curved display it looks amazing and work well but it is very difficult to find good tempered glass screen protectors for them, also since the display is curved it takes away from the sides of the phone which can make gripping it more difficult also dropping it may be more scary due to the curved display. Overall the Phone is amazing looks great and is and is an absolute beast you get Samsungs amazing android skin and fantastic camera's but if you want to keep the phone looking new you have to get a good case (The one I have is the Sprigen Tough Armour a Medium between a regular case and an Otterbox), and it is difficult to find a good tempered glass screen protector. Conclusion: I always have a case and tempered glass screen protectors on my phone, and since the curved display makes finding a glass screen protector more difficult it makes me hesitant to recommend this phone for myself because I will drop the phone I'm not clumsy just happens sometimes. I do not want to have to worry about cracking the display. If you are not like me and do not care about the screen protectors then you must get a good case to protect the phone. Overall It's a solid phone the only caveat is the curved display. 8.5/10

Great Phone in perfect condition. Looks and functions as brand new with the exception of the tiniest scratch on the edge metal, about 3mm thinner than a human hair. Great seller. Would buy from again.

Llegó excelente con caja, cargador y cable genérico que era lo esperado (tengo cargador original aparte) Estética 10/10 llegó sin ningún rasguño. Todo funciona correctamente: cámaras, micrófonos, bocinas, pantalla, Bluetooth, wifi, ranura sim. Vino a sustituir un note 10+ con el que tenía 3 años y viene de maravilla. Lo uso para trabajar en mi emprendimiento: fotos, ediciones en canva, videos, redes sociales y la batería llega al final del día sin problema con un 30% o más. Es una gran compra 🔥

So before I say anything about this phone, it did get damaged in shipping, but I decided not to return it, which is why there is damage in the pictures. So I bought this to replace my old Galaxy S10+, as it is getting a little slow, and having battery issues where I can get through the day on one charge, if I use less then 1 hour of screen on time. I have been wanting a Galaxy S23 Ultra for a long while and I finally go it, and to my surprise, it is a Canadian model (SM-S918W) which in the description says it is a T-Mobile phone, which would mean American Model, but being Canadian, this is a good thing, and the seller was truthful. It is exactly what I ordered, 512gb, Graphite, but didn't order the damage which was done in transit so it wont effect my rating. Performance wise, the best. Snappy phone, only had it lag slightly but it was under a lot of pressure from files transferring, apps running, and messing in settings, so that is good it only lagged for a second, and only once. The box could have been in better shape but buying used I am just lucky to get the box it originally came with. No charger or cables which was expected even though it does say it does come with them, but I have a 45W Anker fast charger and cables, so they would have been set aside or thrown out anyways. No screen protector though, not that I expected one, but would have been nice. Battery so far though, is really good. My phone arrived completely dead but after a few minutes charging was able to turn it on and got the setup process done. Big win though, no visible scratches on the screen at all, and none on the back besides the cracks, though there is tiny dings along the edges but again, used, and I would say minus the cracks it is in excellent condition. Also included are pics of my phone in an Otterbox Defender Pro Case which is a combination of 2 Pro cases, black, and Sun and Sails, mainly because I wanted the yellow, but not the bright light blue outer shell. The phone looks amazing in the case, along with that colour. In the reflection is my old S10+, which will be living a different life now, as my new to me S23 Ultra is now my daily driver, and also my first ever damaged phone, as I have never broken one, and that is still true lol
