You can unscrew the cap to adjust the strength and if you tip it up it goes into the cap xx

Q: Where do you by the refills and what price are they?

They are just about to launch refills i believe, not sure on price

Great car freshener but pointless thank you gift.

The smell is amazing and the bottle design is brilliant. Has a good strong smell but not to over powering. Seems expensive but with amount of liquid it's really not. Only gripe is they send you a card as a thankyou gift, if you win, which I did, there doesn't seem any way to actually redeem it. Pointless really.

Nice product and customer service

Update 2 weeks later... Very good customer service, my original purchase was refunded and I was given a replacement plus an additional test product free of charge. I was also sent a letter of an apology. Smells very similar to the original Creed.

Empty box received

I’ve ordered this twice before, and it does smell very nice and like the actual creed scent. However for some reason, I was sent an empty box this time around after ordering it. Not sure why, as the previous 2 deliveries happened without any issue
