My first refurbished workstation.
I purchased this computer for heavy research work. Initially, I encountered a hardware issue, but PCSP's support team was extremely helpful and quickly resolved the problem by sending the necessary spare parts. The machine now works perfectly as intended. Their excellent customer service has earned my trust, and I will definitely buy from them again.

Good substrate for deploying LLMs
Excellent PC for deploying LLMs (you still need to install dedicated GPU). Shipped fast and in a secure package. I'm giving 4/5 starts only because system came with spyware called Windows 11 Pro, I assume price incudes the price of the installed Microsoft spyware and key. Issue was remedied with a clean Linux installation.

too much hassle to get to work. not worht it
so difficult to get it to even turn on. spent way too many hours with support. Last support call during business hours could not get help. wasted money
