As a vet nurse I use these for my pack of old broken rescue dogs. They work better than leading brand name and luckily no side effects and easy to mix in with soft food if no teeth. I recommend these to my rehomed foster dogs and boswellia powder if it's big dog osteoarthritis. Really good value.

Would recommend but switched to a product in treat form that my dog enjoys and takes a lot better.

We decided to have a break from this product and try a new chewable version from a different company but within a week we saw a difference, she became slugglish and really struggled to get up when lying or even sitting down. So we went back to this product and within a few days she was back to herself. It helps our old lady move and get up easier. The capsules are really easy to split open and you can even put into food but ours loves a piece of toast in the morning so we sprinkle it on there and she eats it no problem. We have a 12 year old golden retriever.

Started giving to my 2year old dog, as a preventative measure since the breed is prone to hip dysplasia in older age. Impossible to tell whether it'll help him in the long run, but he's got used to taking the capsules and it's great that they can be split open and poured onto food for fussy dogs.

Thought I would wait a month before leaving a review.... AMAZING... Have a beagle that had both her back cruciate ligaments rupture in the space of 12months, she had her last operation last March and has been prescribed loxicom everyday for the past couple of years ... We were not happy having to constantly dose her and worried of side effects... gave her vitamin tablets from another brand that was 3 x the price of these and she didn’t exactly show signs of improvement.... have been on these for a full month now, we trialed her without the loxicom to try and assess. She jumps up in the mornings out of bed, she’s galloping about the garden, trotting about the house and hopping up on to the sofa without a run up and without effort ... we are delighted, she’s happy and our only regret is not finding these earlier... we have just started our 9 yr old jack Russell on them aswel as we have noticed him slowing down as he’s climbing stairs or on the colder mornings... fingers crossed

My 2 Border Terriers are 10 and 11 in May so I thought Id start with a supplement 'just incase' as I have noticed my boy dog (nearly10 yrs) limping slightly at times. The vet said it could be mild arthritis. My girl is fine but I have noticed the ageing process catching up. These are quite large in size but because you can simply separate it in the middle I just add the powder to their food. It doesn't affect them eating their dinner at all so I suppose there is no taste. I have to say (this is my opinion on these things) that I have not noticed any difference to their joints, health coat or themselves at all. Im not one for taking supplements myself but I cant see that it will hurt them to have these but on the basis of 'it may help in them in the future if I start now'. They are cheap enough and if they do help with their little joints during the later part of their lives that's good. Buying these for you pet is a personal choice.

These continue to simply amaze me how well they work. I have two, now very elderly, Dalmatians. One started to develop problems with her joints and back legs around about 11 years old. A fellow dog walker recommended Glucosamine to me as it had proved so effective for a previous elderly dog of theirs. Put my Dalmatian on it and she was good as new within a week. No exaggeration, went from walking around like an old dog on her last legs to bounding around and trying to get her sister to play with her almost like a puppy. A year or so later, the other dog developed similar issues, so started to add these tablets to her feed twice daily as well. She similarly improved. A good age for a Dalmatian is typically 10-12 years. My two will be 15 in a couple of months time and can still make it upstairs, albeit in a rather wobbly manner!
