I don't often write reviews but with this supplement, I simply have to. Menopause hit me hard six months ago, with horrible hot flashes, exhaustion, mind fog, and mood swings. I've been taking a smorgasbord of supplements for hypothyroidism and to alleviate the menopause symptoms but so far the relief is minimal.
