We have bought several of these machines and they work well in our small food manufacturing facility. The early ones came with some tech issues that were relatively easy to fix by a handyman but each one we buy gets better. This one work flawlessly right out of the crate. The filler mechanism is very simple and easy to understand. The heated hopper is easy to use and works quite well, and the finish on it is very smooth and clean. Overall we are very happy with these products. Once set up they are easy to use and are a huge time saver over hand filling jars.

We have a fudge business so the viscosity of our product is high. This piston filler works well for dispensing in the appropriate clam shells. It is great for big jobs. The instruction book is horrible so after trial and error on cleaning etc. we had no problems. There is a screw crank to calculate how much you want to dispense. Even though there are numbers, it is not the same each time so you have to run a couple of samples to dial in the right amount. Love the heated hopper for our uses as the product gets thick when cooled. Company sent extra valves so helpful. Was worried the gaskets would wear, but so far everything has been great.
