We’ve been using this net regularly for my 10U son, and it’s been a really solid addition to our backyard practice setup. We use it for just about everything — hitting off a tee, side slow-toss, pitching practice, and even throwing drills when it’s set up at first base for fielding work from shortstop or second base. The net itself is very sturdy and holds up well to repeated use. Balls stay contained nicely, which makes practice more efficient and keeps us from constantly chasing balls around the yard. The frame feels stable, and I’ve been impressed with the powder-coated finish — the paint job looks clean and has held up well so far with no chipping or rusting. Setup is straightforward, and once it’s up, it stays put. It’s a great size for youth players and feels like a true training tool rather than a flimsy backyard toy. Overall, this has been a great value and exactly what we were looking for to support multiple types of practice at the 10U level. My son is obsessed with this thing. It’s quick and easy to set up and even if you forget to put it away during a storm it will probably still be fine (ask me how I know..) it holds up well to weather and speeding baseballs as well as rough and tumble boys so the quality is great! I like how easy it is to put up and put away, and the bag actually fits it so it’s a great design. It’s been up since March (it’s now the end of August) and my son uses it every day. It still looks brand new and isn’t even faded.

Purchased this hitting net for my 14-year-old son to give him more opportunities to work on his swing both hitting off a tee and with soft toss. After 5 weeks of use (almost daily), I am very pleased with this net. My son has no problem setting the net up or tearing it down by himself; he is not able to leave it assembled so he puts it up and tears it down every time he hits and he has not complained once. He hits almost every day and sometimes multiple times in a day. He hits around 100 balls/day (sometimes more) and the net has not fallen over one time! He absolutely loves this net and it has really motivated to work on hitting. Some questions I had when purchasing: 1. Is the net large enough? Seems to be perfect. He has only hit over the net a handful of times and those were bad swings that resulted in what would be weak pop-ups. (the ball ended up maybe 4 feet beyond the net) 2. Is it easy to assemble? As I said, my son does it with no problem. We leave the net attached to the side poles, pull those poles out from the base frame and lay them along the base. He wraps the net around the base and poles and carries it to put it away. It comes with a bag but we have not had to use that yet; I did put everything in the bag when it first arrived just to see how it fit and it worked great. 3. Is it durable? As I said above, it has yet to fall over when hitting into it so that is great. The net itself seems to be good quality so I don't see it falling apart under normal use. The frame is lightweight but also seems to be durable enough to handle the set-up/tear-down so no issues there. Overall, I am very satisfied and my son loves the hitting net. It has been great for allowing him to get more swings in by himself without having to go to cages. He is looking forward to using it inside too once the weather starts to turn.

Perfect gift for any boy who loves sports, especially baseball. Easily assembled, can fit in most rooms with 8ft ceiling. Can be used outdoors or indoors. Great quality and easily portable anywhere you want to move it!

First off I need to say that this was definitely a great buy. The size is perfect for my little kiddos starting coach pitch and teeball. The set up took me less then 5 minutes and didn't even really have to look at instructions. I love the strike zone, creates a fun little game for my kids to hit a target. I tested the durability of the net by hitting into it myself and it held up just fine. Even if you hit the outside of the zone the ball actually comes back a bit which is nice in my opinion. Happy that it came with a carry bag for taking out to the park and what not. The actual steel was also sturdy and durable. The only reason I gave this a 4 star is because there needs to be an easier way to dump the balls out of the catching net. Other then that no complaints so far. Great product for the price.

Great net and perfect for use with a team. Easy setup and tear down to take any wear from back yard to the park. Highly recommend.

The GoSports Baseball & Softball Practice Hitting & Pitching Net is very well made. Very easy to set up, takes 2 to 5 mins maximum. I use it for disc golf practice throws and throwing techdisc to evaluate the mechanics of my throws. This net is very sturdy. I didnt even need to put the stakes in the ground to hold it down. It stays upright even when the disc hits it hard at 65/70 miles/hr for me (maybe even harder for other players). I used it in a tournament for players to warm up and evaluate their speed of throw. It was up all day and got hit hard a few thousand times. Not a single disc escaped through the net. I have already recommended this product to a few of my friends. I highly recommend using it for disc golf practice.

I purchased this 7'x7' net so I could practice my form for competitive disc golf tournaments during the winter. When it is cold out side I dont get the practice that I need to stay in proper shape and with solid form for throwing professional disc gol discs. This net will serve as an indoor/outdoor practice net for my disc golf needs. I know the net was designed for baseballs and softballs however for disc golf discs it works very well. It was super easy to set up by myself i n only a few minutes and I was able to test it right away. It works very well!!! I can throw full speed drives at it from about 8 feet away with no problems in my apartment. The construction seems to be very good and the net is well made, it seems like it will last a long time with regular use. I plan to take this with me to some courses that dont have a warm up area and otherwise use it at home in the offseason so I can practice without having to go outside or chase discs or deal with the snow, ice and otherwise inclimate weather. I highly recommend the GoSports 7"x7" net if you have a need for a practice net for most any sports, this one is a great deal and very well made item in my opinion, I would definitely buy another.
